Information for people mentioned in a Data Donation

Our service allows registered users to voluntarily contribute a selected, locally sanitized copy of part of their conversations with AI assistants. Users are instructed to review the content before transfer and not to knowingly provide identifiable personal data about other people. Automated sanitization reduces the risk of transferring selected identifiers but is not perfect.

It is therefore possible that a Data Donation may exceptionally contain information relating to someone who is not a user of our service. Such information is not an intended source for profiling third parties. If you believe our systems may contain personal data relating to you, contact brozicekj@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to reasonably locate the relevant record without sending additional unnecessary sensitive information. We will assess the request under GDPR and, as appropriate, locate, restrict or delete the data.
